"A Gathering In The Garden" - Ice-cream Social, Sept. 25th

We will be celebrating our 144th anniversary as a congregation on Saturday, September 25th from 2-4 p.m. by gathering in the garden for an Ice-cream Social.
The community is invited to attend; the cost is $4 for adults, $2 for kids 6-12 and kids under 5 are free. Weather permitting, we will have it in the garden otherwise we will move inside to the basement.

September 5th - Sermon By Fr. Bill "Jesus, Freedom and Media Slavery"

I began to grasp more profoundly the epistle Philemon when I was touring the remains of the Roman archeological site Pompeii near Naples. It is the city that in 79 AD was buried in ashes when Mount Vesuvius erupted, and the 2,000 people suffocated from the ashes and then were buried under them. It was not until the 1700’s that the site was discovered, I was amazed because a large part of the city structure and building are well-preserved. One gets a good impression of life and social structure in this former, highly influential Roman city.
